Regarding the string, it is added when you change currencies. It does not change when the site shows up with the first currency. For example; you set the LBP currency to be the default and all customers from anywhere will see product price in LBP when they visit the site, then changing the currency will make the string appears.
Or when you enable the option to auto-select currency based on customer’s country, as the customers from the United State will see the product price in USD, then even the USD is not the default currency, that’s the currency appears on their site automatically, the string does not appear in this situation.

you havened clicked on a date from the calendar to see what I mean, the snapshots you sent are from the page before clicking on any date

I doesn’t seem I can send any screenshot here, but here are the steps
1)open the link “https://reemdaher.com/ar/%d8%ad%d8%ac%d9%88%d8%b2%d8%a7%d8%aa/”
2)click on any date (day 20), you’ll see 3 available appointments (text in arabic)
3) now change the currency
4) click on any date (day 20), you’ll see 3 available appointments showing in english not the translated text.
5) just remove the “?wmc-currency=US” from the querystring and refresh
6) repeat step 1, everything is back to normal

We can not see the currencies bar when we checked again as we checked the first time. Did you disable the plugin?

I changed the settings to show the currency based on the location (Currency by Country).
and removed the side bar

Currently, if we visit your site for the first time, it shows the content in Arabic, but when we click a particular day, for example; day 20 > It appears a box of appointments in English.
Then we choose English language > Everything works fine.
Then we come back to the Arabic language > Now the box of appointments shows in Arabic.

We checked with the Incognito mode, it seems to be a cache issue. However, we can not make sure about that.
