• It’s really frustrating to post and re-post always the same questions and support requests, moreover when WCFM declares a compatibility and a cooperation with an other plug in that there’s not.
    I still have issues with the translation of my website. A lot of 404 errors, pages that switch from one language to an other when you try to save your settings, text that loses the formatting (mainly in the products short description) and a lot of instability that makes my vendor crazy and frustrated.
    I asked for help to WCMF first. No support. Ticket is still pending since November. And please, do not ask me the ticket number once again. I provided you the ticket number in a previous post and nothing happened so, I don’t like to be fooled.
    I asked to WPML and they helped me to solve some issues with a work-around but they need WCFM help to fix the major bugs.
    Doesn’t matter if you say that none from WPML contacted you about this. I don’t care about such spites. Do it. Contact them and try to fix bugs and make WCFM fully compatible with WPML and certified so I do not have to lose sleep over every new release.
    Product translation doesn’t work properly. If you’re not a web expert you risk to overwrite your text and make a lot of confusion or, to create an independent product in a second language that doesn’t link to the main one, so orders and stock management are seriously compromised.
    When I first asked your about WCFM and WPML compatibility you said YES. Fully compatible. It’s not. And now I have a living site that makes me crazy.
    And please, do not write down here that WCFM and WPML are fully compatible. If they really are, what’s the problem?? Do you really need 3 months to explain to a premium user how to fix this bug is there is no bug???

  • lot of strings are not detected at all, some are recognized by wpml, but translations do not work… same issue here. and no support as well ??

    It’s shameful. If you open ticket about a stupid question they reply very quickly. Any real issue, that compromises website functionality and operation remains suspended for months.
    It’s clear now that there’s none in WCFM staff able to solve technical issues and who is replying to post has a very basic knowledge of coding.
    That means nothing different than a social group, definitely not a plug-in support for premium user.
    By the way, @tonnick0033 try to contact wpml support. They are very helpful

    I’m afraid wmpl won’t answer for those issues. moreover, “my ticket” is redirecting now to dashboard on wclovers. seems that they don’t want more ticket….

    most of the strings, after last update, are listed in the administraive area, so you have to check and move them to string translation table.
    then you can translate them
    I solved many of my issues in this way but after any new update, they move back to admin and translation is lost.

    yes you’re right ! I did not know this part of WPML ! seems that there is a terrible mix between all those strings !
    so you mean that thos strings are not persistent ? we have to re translate them after any wcfm update ? did you ask to wpml how to make them persistent ?
