WMS legend URLs not working

Hi Robert
Playing with WMS layers and I can’t get the legends to pop up in 3.9.2 or 3.9.3. If I hover over (Legend) I see something like:
mysite.org.uk/blog/testpost/”https://www.urlforlegend….png”
Have I got a setting wrong, somewhere?
