Hi @sajesh6600,

It looks like you have the plugin user-registration installed and if active this should be overriding the login URL. Check that you’re on the default WooCommerce settings to make sure WooCommerce isn’t disabling its special account management page in favor of the version provided by this plugin. If the issue relies on that plugin I suggest getting help from the plugin author here.

I also would recommend having a look at this article on fixing WooCommerce password reset problems.

If you still experience the issue after contacting the user-registration plugin team and after checking the tips provided on the above article, then feel free to get back and provide us the following:

Hi, @sajesh6600!

Those logs don’t look to be related to the issue you’re experiencing when resetting passwords.

However, the System Status Report you shared shows what may be a significant detail. As @rainfallnixfig previously noted, you had User Registration: by WPEverest active on your site. You mentioned that you’ve already tried deactivating that and still received the error.

I do see another plugin that may be causing the issue, LoginPress – Customizing the WordPress Login: by WPBrigade. Can you please see if deactivating that helps?

If it doesn’t, it might be time for a full conflict test. I usually recommend using the Health Check plugin for that very purpose, but let’s cross that bridge when we get there.

I found it was from the plugin all in one wp security. Once I disabled it’s working fine.
