I started to use Omnisend to send email notifications for customer orders. I disabled Woocommerce email notifications which I previously used. As I tried to see how well is the automation by visiting my website and purchase a product on incognito window as a customer, I receive email notification from Woocommerce email notifications along with Omnisend’s. After retry the same steps, the result are the same even I tried to enable and disable the Woocommerce email notifications, pudge cache, flush cache, delete browser cache and etc that involves with cache.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hello @jovanlee Your link won’t help us. You are better off showing us your settings for Email via a screenshot. If you do not want to use Woo for emails and you 100% disabled all the emails and all these blue checkmarks are grey then it must be something else.

If you didn’t disable each one, then that’s your issue.

This is what I see on my wordpress after I’ve disabled the email notifications.

@jovanlee thanks for that. You have all your emails off. They’re all greyed out except two. Go in and enable all the ones you want to use to go out.

@serafinnyc I actually do not want to use certain email notifications from woocommerce but wanted to apply omnisend’s email notifications on those grey-out disabled email notifications. That’s why I disabled those, but I kept receiving those woocommerce email notifications even its grey-out-disabled along with omnisend’s email notifications when I checkout the products as customer.

Sorry, I was tired yesterday after 30 hours coding. Is there an app or shipping app that is connected that sends emails too? Other than Omnisend? I think it’s Systems Report time. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Get Systems Report and copy past that here using a Code Block. Thanks

    Hi @jovanlee

It’s possible that there’s a plugin conflict causing this. Try deactivating all your plugins except WooCommerce and Omnisend, then see if the issue continues. If it stops, reactivate your plugins one by one until you find the one causing the problem.

If this makes no difference, I would recommend reaching out to Omnisend support as well. They may have additional insights into this issue.

Please let us know how it goes, or if you need further assistance.

@jovanlee thanks for this. I see something called EmailKit. Does that send messages too or just act as a customizer? I do see that it sends on their docs. So you may want to check your settings there and reach out to the author.

Perfect! I disabled the Emailkit plugin and woocommerce email notifications never send out anymore. Thank you @serafinnyc

Meanwhile, if it isn’t too much to ask for – would you mind leaving us a review here?

It only takes a couple of minutes but helps us tremendously. It would mean so much to us and would go a really long way.

    Thanks!
