Wonderful, simple, start of a plugin

  • Great simple idea for cleanly showing a gallery with categories assigned to images. All the other plugins seem to use projects or portfolio as the category, not just images, so good job guys.

    However, it’s missing a couple things before it is fully usable (as of this post):
    – No title or alt image on the overlay image
    – Option to close the overlay by clicking the background div, not just close button
    – Clicking a filter link does not show it as the active filter
    – shouldn’t force the overlay color to 40% opacity

    Would be awesome to assign a category to multiple images at a time.

    Looks like this plugin might just fill a niche other’s aren’t in yet…as far as I have seen.
