Wonky admin bar

My admin bar is currently sitting about an inch below the gray background it normally sits in and is looking a little wonky. The only thing I changed in my script was the colour of menu links. I have seen one answer which involved an incripted email in the footer but my footer coding is very simple:

So not sure if that could be the problem.
