Won’t Activate

I downloaded this plugin, and the download was fine. But, every time I go to activate it, it reloads the plugin page just like normal and doesn’t activate. I’ve tried updating things and it hasn’t seemed to fix the issue. This looks like the perfect plugin for what I’m looking for, so if anyone’s willing to help I would really appreciate it. ??
