Won't add new forms

    This has happened on three sites we were trying to test and use the plugin. All GoDaddy. All WordPress 4.0. Adding it and then trying to add a form gets:

    Fatal error: Cannot call method self::form() or method does not exist in /home/content/86/9101986/html/test/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/includes/contact-form-template.php on line 8

    It works fine on the other sites with WordPress 4.0 I have where it’s already installed.
