Won’t add new subscribers to list

    Hi

    I can’t get my popup to reliably add subscribers to my list, and I don’t know why.

    The email address in question is added first time without fail when I use the mailchimp official subscribe form, but when I use the popup, I just get the general error message.

    Here is my log:

    Hello,

    Thanks for sharing the log. As the error suggests you are trying to add an email address to your list which was previously deleted. MailChimp.com does not allow adding an email address again via 3rd party forms if it was previously deleted.

    In such a situation you will need to add your email directly to MailChimp or using their forms.

    I would recommend not testing with the same email multiple times and if you do, please do not delete it from your list.
