Won't add to sidebar

Hi

I’ve installed thew widget, and added it to the sidebar in widgets. I don’t get anything visible in the side bar on the site, there is nothing in the HTML either to suggest it’s been inserted.

I’m running quite a customised theme, which could be the issue???

If so, is there a bit of code to insert the twitter feed manually into my customer sidebar?
