Won't allow me access to wp-admin dashboard after logout

    Hi
    This plugin is exactly what I’ve been looking for, I hope it user error

    1) I have the site closed to all but admin (using a coming soon page)
    2) Granted myself (admin) access url/wp-admin in plugin
    3) Using the widget, I hit the logout link
    4) Upon trying to log back in, I couldn’t get back to the dashboard, it keeps redirecting me to the coming soon page
    5) Three times I had to delete plugin from host to access wp-admin

    Also, can I please have an working example of how to use your shortcode with a parameter other than instance? I am trying to create pages and links for registration using: [theme-my-login register_template] which results in:
    Welcome, Michele

    Dashboard
    Profile
    Log out

    Please tell me what I need to do to correct this
