Won't allow me to enter customization:

  • From my main wordpress control panel, I try:

    Appearance > Themes > and try preview live a new theme, when I go onto the preview bit I have to login as if I am logging into WordPress admin panel, when I do this I then receive –

    “Session expired. Please log in again. You will not move away from this page.
    Username    “

    Any solutions on this problem? As really unsure what to do.
