Won't appear on custom login page and can log in without agreeing

Hi,
We use OptimizePress so have a custom login page for users.
The button won’t show on that page: https://www.goldforlife.com/students
When it does show up on the https://www.goldforlife.com/students/wp-admin page we can log in without actually clicking the box to agree to the terms.
Please advise steps for making this work.
