Won't authorize

  • Hi,

    I’ve installed according to instructions and I get all the way to where the plugin tells me that I need to authorize. I click the Authorize button, and after a few moments I get taken to a completely blank white page. I go back and refresh, and the plugin has still not authorized. Click button again, same thing happens.

    Anyone else experience this? Can anyone help me figure out why it’s happening?

  • I am sorry, but there is only support for pro version users. If you are a pro version user, please reply to the pro version activation instructions to get support. There is an extensive FAQ, which might help you solve your problem or answer your question.

    Your problem might be caused by resources problems on your hosting server, for example too little memory. Another cause might be a configuration problem in WordPress. This problem is probably not caused by the plugin itself.

    won’t authorize for me either. I just downloaded the plugin today and am using the twenty thirteen theme. thanks.

    I got it to work. iThemes Security was causing the problem. I had to deactivate that plugin, authorize Add Link to Facebook plugin, then re-activate iThemes Security. Now on to configuring and testing.
