Won't completely uninstall

    Despite doing a total database clean up and removing the files that were obvious, I am still getting the following error when activating a new plugin:
    MediaTagger v4.0.9 – Activation :
    – Taxonomy table not detected in database – created.
    – Plugin options detected in database in serialized format – RELOADED successfully.

    Please advise! I can’t find any trace of this plugin and it’s driving me nuts.
