Won’t create user account

    Hello,

    I use your plugin with two steps: first one ist only create the user account, second step is to select a payed membership with already loged in. This works.

    But “normaly” it has to work with both at the same form. So I have created this test page.

    If you just type in an EMail Adress and select Banktransfer it won’t create an user account. Nothing will happen.

    The log for banktransfer shows the folling:

    Payment history is without any username, username is empty, the same with banktransfers.

    Mail logs are empty.

    I can deactivate all my plugins and it will be the same. Is it perhaps the theme?

    Hello,

    As per your request it seems that you are willing to allow the members to first register and then make a payment for the plan, if so then you can create a simple register form wherein members can create an account and then from the ARMember Lite -> General Settings -> Redirection Rules, here you can select the plan purchase page at the “After Basic SignUp Redirection Rules”.

    So now when the members register then they will be redirected to the plan purchase page and here the members can select the plan and make a payment as per your requirements.

    Note: The redirection will be possible if you have kept the new user approval as “Automatic Approve” from ARMember Lite -> General Settings -> New user approval.

    Please check accordingly and let me know if there is anything else.

    thank you. Yes, that works. But I want to register and purchase a plan at the same time. That doesn’t work.

    Hello,

    As you are using the “Bank Transfer”, then you need to approve the payment from the ARMember Lite -> Manage Subscriptions page at the “All Activities” tab here you can Approve/Reject the payment as per your requirement and then the plan will be assigned to the member.

    Please check accordingly and let me know how it goes.

    yes, also that works with two steps: first registration, second select plan and payment with logged in. But without an account and registration and plan purchase at the same time with one form, it won’t create an account, that is a bug. Please check the logs in the first post and my test link.
