Won’t display latest poll

  • I’ve created several polls, each one is to display for one week at a time. They all have a status of “future” even though one is set to start today and end on Saturday. And it’s not displaying. The Widget says “Sorry, there are no polls available…”

    I’ve tried to change the start date without success. The widget is set to “display the latest poll”. Any ideas?

    Hmm most likely your WP cron did not run and hence the poll was not set to active. You can check the pollq_active, the future poll is still 0 and hence it does not display.

    How would I check that? You mean check the pollq_active in the functions file?

    Check in your database using tool like phpmyadmin

    It’s still set to 0, but it should automatically flip once the date range is valid correct? And if it’s not, you mean that it could possibly be that wp-cron didn’t run on the job that makes that happen?
