    I’ve been using this plugin for a while. After the countdown expired, I would use the same countdown for the next event. I just updated the time in the settings and the countdown would reappear. That doesn’t happen now.

    When I look at the timer in the list of all timers, the “enabled” button is off, and the status is set to “scheduled.” If I activate the “enabled” button and then refresh the page, the button is off again. When I try to change the status to “published” and then click “Update,” after the page refreshes, it’s set back to “scheduled.” The only thing that works is creating a new timer and inserting the new shortcode into my page.

    Are you a pro user?
    Second could you please create any new countdown and switch off refresh page and the switch on (enable countdown option).
    That can help me understand is there an issue related to Enable countdown.

    No – I’m not a pro user. Strangely, the issue is gone and the timer is working again. However, in case the problem arises again, I’ll respond to your suggestions.

    First, I’m not sure what you mean by “switch off refresh page.” Second, part of the problem that I was having was that when I switched on the enable countdown option, it wouldn’t stay on. I could toggle the switch, but then the countdown would not appear on my site. If I went back into settings to look at the timer config, “enable” was off again. Something kept switching that off.

    The problem has returned. I made a video to show you what’s going on. Previously, I could re-use the same countdown timer many times just by updating the time in the settings. After the countdown expired, I could change the time to another date and the timer would appear again on my site. Now it won’t. The status keeps setting itself to “scheduled,” and the “enabled” switch won’t stay on. Here is the video.

    Thanks a lot for the video.
    I’m sorry for that problem. Actually Schedule option is the pro option. You can change countdowns expiration date only from the General options section.

    That’s all problem.
