Won’t Import Fixed Increment Setting

Hello, I’ve emailed but had no reply. The import csv doesn’t have a column for the fixed vs variable check boxes on bid increment. It fills everything else in okay, but you have to go into each auction and click the bubble for “Fixed Incremental Price”. It will check off that it *is* incremental, and even fill in the amount, but without that fixed vs variable bubble checked off, the inc bidding doesn’t work. All we need is the name of the column for the import spreadsheet so we can add that in. Otherwise we will have to edit 400 auctions by hand just to check off one bubble! Please let me know what to title the column. We are running a charity auction that goes live this weekend and I haven’t been able to get a hold of support.
