wont install after trying to downgrade to 1.7

I get the following error:

Could not copy file. really-simple-captcha/gentium/GenBasBI.ttf”After having no images with really simple captcha1.8 and contact form7 3.9.3
I deactivated then deleted it..
Now I can’t install 1.7, any help would be appreciated.
