    Hi there,
    Have also sent this query through the plugin Support Page but have had no answer yet. I have the Premium version and payment left my account a couple of weeks ago to renew my license but I am getting a message on the plugin admin page that says I need to renew my licence ie “Renew your license now to access version 2.7.8.4 features and support”.

    I cannot update the plugin because it thinks that I have not renewed my license when I have, I obviously don’t want to try and upgrade again otherwise I will have paid twice.

    Can you help please.

    just a bit concerned at I contacted you at the contact link above and sent my details but still the plugin won’t let me upgrade to the latest version and have not heard anything back.

    From some reason I don’t see your request in our support system. Try to send a direct email to [support AT rating-widget DOT com] and I will verify that we got the ticket.
