Won’t “lightbox” image

At bottom of page you’ll see the image I’m trying to function into a lightbox effect, but no matter what I do I get window, not lightbox. Is there some code I can wrapt around it to force the lightbox? I’ve disabled other lightbox plugins to make sure there’s no conflict.
