Thanks for the suggestions, but I can’t get close enough to the site to do any of those things. Even coming in through the back door of another WordPress blog I cannot access my dashboards, or my account. I contacted someone else and they were able to access the blogs easily. I think the problem lies between this particular computer and the site.

Just to rule-out that it isn’t the site, try manually resetting your plugins. ?If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the Default theme (WordPress 1.5 – 2.9.2) or the Twenty Ten theme (WordPress 3.0 and higher) to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue.

Again thanks. But these blogs do not have any plugins. This is bare bones kind of stuff. I’ll try the theme thing. I changed it not long ago. Stand by.

The programs that you linked did nothing to get me to the server. I doubt very seriously that this is a theme specific issue because one of the blogs has had the same theme for close to 2 years and has had no problems until now. Like I said before–no plugins.

Reason alone rules out plugins (none) or themes…same old same old. What are the other possible causes?
