Won't load in time; code resets too quickly

Unfortunately there is something wrong and my website is not loading fast enough. Every time I try to log in, the authenticator code changes before the page has time to log me in.
I don’t have my recovery codes and I am the admin of the page, so there is no other account to sign in on.
