Wont reflect purchase on site?

  • Paid and installed file, it appears on dashboard and on page builder, but when I select it under Appearance it says: “To get all features working, please buy the pro version here Templates and Addons for WPBakery Page Builder for only $13”

    And when I attempt to use it on page builder I get this response: “This is only for Pro Version. Please purchase the Pro Version here….”

    Why is the pro version not recognized?
