The “tags” field doesn’t allow you to save them.

You can enter them (simply by typing text) but that’s it.

In your video they go “green” after you’ve typed them (presumably after you press “enter” or “,” ?) but that isn’t happening for me.

The tags get lost as soon as you submit.

    Hi @romeo-crow,

Can you please provide diagnostic information as asked for in the plugin settings page when creating a support request. Can you also provide a link to the page.

Thanks for the very speedy support.

My apologies; I had the support forum open, for all subsequent ticekts and didn’t see that part again:

    Wordpress Version: 5.1.1

Once again, I can’t see your demo site. As shown on the demo site, after the comma or enter key a tag will be created. Please see demo site: https://northernbeacheswebsites.com.au/ideapush-feature-requests/ if this is not working, check your javascript console and deactivate other plugins and try a standard theme.

Sorry, not sure why it wasn’t working; works fine from this end (and in other browsers). Apologies for the pain, but would you check again please?

Also, I am using the most basic theme possible (default twenty-nineteen) and have next to no plugins:

    Hi @romeo-crow,

Have you modified the code of the plugin? Because there’s code on your website which is missing? Line 166 of ideaboard-shortcode.php is not showing on your page which isa div element with the class ideapush-container. This div is critical to functionality and is why the tags feature is not working for you. I recommend deleting the plugin and installing it again from the WordPress repository. Thanks,
