Won't Send Notifcations of new orders

The plugin is all configured as it is supposed to as i used the guide in the installation tab. I can send test notifications and that works brilliantly but when i get a new order it does not send a push notification? my site is in matinence mode using the plugin from woo themes which is woodojo but it goes live this afternoon so ill test it then. Is this a known issue and how can i fix it?
