Won’t show any parcel shipping rates

I’ve set up the plugin, but it doesn’t display any parcel shipping rates. If I enable letter rate shipping rates, it displays that, but it won’t display parcel rates.

I’ve done some searching to see if anyone else had this problem, but none of their solutions have helped me. I’ve confirmed that I’ve done the following:

– Set up a small business account with canada post and entered the API keys
– Entered the “ship from” postal code on your plugin’s settings page
– Entered a weight for the products
– Enabled the plugin as a shipping option

I even tried adding dimensions to one of the products to see if that would help, even though I’ve read that the free plugin only uses weight for calculations. Nothing has worked.

I sent you an email about this a couple of days ago because the plugin settings page said that was the best way to reach you, but I haven’t heard back.
