Won’t show in Elementor but not when viewing page

  • Hello,
    hopefully someone can help me with this. Everything looks normal when I edit the page in Elementor but when I go to view the page, none of the images appear. I have tried creating other pages with Elementor on the same domain and I get the same result. Images won’t show. I’ve tried the same page on Safari, Chrome and Firefox. None will display any images.

    It’s sounds like there is a conflict between the plugins or theme. Please follow this steps:

    – Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
    – If you have a caching plugin, make sure you deactivate it, or even better – purge the cache.
    – Change your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySixteen (or other default WordPress theme).

    If you have followed all these steps and you’re still encountering difficulties, please send us your system info. You can find it in under Elementor → System info.

    Hello Ariel K,
    thanks for your help!
    I have found the problem. There is a conflict with the plugin “Page Templator”. Strange, as this plugin is designed to work hand in hand with Elementor.

    Images disappear using the following templates, which I believe is all that come with “Page Templator”
    – Elementor Full Width Standard
    – Elementor Full width Blank
    – Elementor Canvas

    I’ve discovered another limitation.
    Within “Page Settings” in the Elementor Editor, the menu item “Elementor Canvas” produces the same effect. No images. This is with the “Page Templator” deactivated.

    I can’t find any other way to create a full length landing page with no header and footer. I am still using the Customizr theme.
    Any ideas?

    Ok, I changed the theme to 2016. The page now publishes properly showing full width and full length with no header and footer. So, looks like the Elementor is incompatible with the Customizr theme.
    Don’t know what to do now. I would have to redesign the entire layout if I change themes. And the default themes don’t nearly have as many options as the Customizr theme.

    Ok I’ve figured out a solution. I created a subdomain and installed Generate Press theme. Elementor runs well on this theme and displays images correctly. I need to create full length pages (no header or footer), so this is a great solution. Generate Press has no issues with the Elementor blank canvas templates.
    Sorry for rambling and answering my own questions, but ArielK, you put me on the right path. Thanks again!
