That company currently stopped giving support for their customers, is there anything you can help on this issue?

Throw a blanket over the issue with CSS:

#home-slider-loader {
    display: none;
}

I copied and pasted that on the blog page and nothing happened.

This got me thinking that it might not be the fault of the slider but rather something else.

I have no idea how your theme works, but however you’ve set the “teams-slider.jpg”, “summer-office.png” and “retro-skyscraper.png” images you need to make sure those files exist.
