Won't submit after upgrade to 4.1.2

Hi,
After upgrading to wp 4.2 and cf7 4.1.2 today, I got a never ending spinning Arrow.I have switched to the default template and disabled all plugins, but no improvement shows.
There after I disabled Javascript loading by “define(‘WPCF7_LOAD_JS’, false);”. After this the form will submit, but also shows the following error message:
“Warning: Parameter 1 to mycustom_cf_before_action() expected to be a reference, value given in /home/gmt/domains/gezondemooietanden.nl/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 496”Dispite the error message, the form is being sent by email, however without attachments.
