Wont work on iphone iPad

I have installed this gallery in both of my webpages, in one of them, it works just fine, but in the other one it doesn’t seem to load at all. they seem to be configured exactly the same way but don’t know why can’t make them work. It is true that in the first one I’m using the wp 3.5.1, and the second one the 3.6. But before I upgraded, the same thing happened.
