Won't work with mobile device?

Hello everyone,
I just started to use this plugin for the first time and I manage to customized it to my design direction. The plugin works on desktop perfectly fine but when I try to view it on any mobile device it does not work well so in result I am using a different plug in for substitute just for now but I want to be able to get to the bottom of this.
So if anyone checks out the site ignore the first pop up because this is not this plugin
