Recently I updated to Woo 3,3, woo product add ons 2,9,1 & your plugin WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips 2,1,4

But now there’s no pdf invoices nor any order confirmation emails.

Woo advises to wait for 3,1. But why is your plugin not generating pdfs now?

    Please advise. Thanks!

    Hi!
I’m sorry to hear it’s not working for you. I can’t comment on the order confirmation emails since that’s a WooCommerce core thing (indeed, WooCommerce has pulled 3.3.0 and has currently marked 3.2.6 as the latest stable).
For the PDF invoice part, could you elaborate a bit on the “there’s no pdf invoices” bit? Are you getting any errors? If you mean clicking the PDF invoice icon is taking you to the order details page, then that’s a WC3.3.0 issue too (more details here), you can still generate the PDF from that order details page.

Let us know and I’ll do my best to help!

    Cheers Ewout ??

I just fixed the email problem with Woo via the plugin ’email log’.

I just worked through your suggestions . Your pdf plugin is genernating an hmtl page OK, the source looks OK to me. But no PDfs, neither in confirmation emails nor in Woo orders when I click on PDF icon.

    Thanks again.

Oh Yes, I rolled back to Woo 3,2,6 & am testing on this version.
Also I recently intstalled Mailchimp to Woo, which might be snagging. Am testing with this plugin turned off.

OK, your pdf plugin is now working on my site, when I turn of Mailchimp for Woo & run on Woo 3,2,6

Thanks for yr plugin. Love it!

Hi! The plugin should work with WC3.3.0 too, just that order list button may take you to the order details page where you can still click the “PDF Invoice” button in the right sidebar. Not sure how this connects to the Mailchimp plugin.
If you’re seeing HTML instead of a PDF, you have ‘HTML output’ enabled in the PDF Invoices > Status tab. This is meant for debugging/development purposes only.

Anyway, glad to hear it’s all working again!
