    Hi all,

We’re using Woo Bookings on a project. For the most part it works well, but performance when trying to load the calendar interface is super slow and can take up to 30 seconds to load.

It looks like the culprit is an Ajax call.

    ?wc-ajax=wc_bookings_find_booked_day_blocks&product_id=62179&wc-ajax=wc_bookings_find_booked_day_blocks&security=83db882757&resource_id=0&min_date=2023-11-10&max_date=2023-12-17

Woo support made some suggestions – disable Cloudflare rocket loader, disable caching plugins etc. We don’t have rocket loader enabled and disabling Cache Enabler makes no difference.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this?

    Screengrab

    Thanks.

  • Hi @philevans62,

From what I understand, you’re experiencing performance issues with the WooCommerce Bookings extension on your project. Specifically, you’ve noted that the calendar interface is taking a significant amount of time to load, possibly due to an Ajax call. You’ve tried disabling Cloudflare rocket loader and Cache Enabler as suggested, but this hasn’t resolved the issue.

Since WooCommerce Bookings is a premium extension, it would be best if you could reach out to us directly, provided you have a valid license for this extension. To do this, kindly head over to ?? WooCommerce.com → My Account → Support. Remember, you might need to log into the account you used to purchase the extension to access this page.

?? Just a heads up, according to our ?? forum guidelines, we’re unable to offer support for premium extensions through this platform. But rest assured, our devoted team will be thrilled to help you out more once you contact us through the right channel.

Thanks for your understanding and patience. We can’t wait to assist you further!
