• Hello everyone,

I have a problem with my WooCommerce website after updating to PHP 8.2. In particular, HTML elements in the shopping cart of my “WooCart All-in-One” plugin are displayed as plain text instead of being rendered as expected. For example, the HTML code is visible to users. See image.

Here is what I have tried so far:

    • Reinstalling and overwriting the plugin files.
    • Enabling WP_DEBUG to catch errors, which has nothing to do with this problem.

Unfortunately, the problem persists and it seems to be directly related to the HTML output after the PHP 8.2 update. I have not been able to find the cause of the problem in the plugin’s code.

Can anyone give me a tip on how to fix this problem? Is this a known issue with the latest PHP update?

Thank you very much for your time and help!

    Best

  • Hi,

From our observation on your product page, the sidebar cart appears completely normal.

One thing is noted that the HTML (https://ibb.co/4VTGG89) seems not to be a normal WooCommerce class, we suppose they are from a 3rd plugin that functions customizing products or carts. In this case, we recommend following our?self-service guide?to identify any potential conflicts on your site. Once you’ve completed the steps outlined in the guide, please check and confirm the results with us.

    Best regards.

    Hi
Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, the appearance is not normal. I forgot to mention in my text that the HTML codes are only visible when something is in the cart.

Unfortunately, I am unable to insert an image.

    Best regards.

I understand that. But we don’t recognize the class of the HTML

It doesn’t seem belong to WooCommerce, that’s why we think it’s from another party. Have you tested for conflict yet?
