    Hello folks,

    Our website is a WordPress install, with Woocommerce and the Woocommerce Bookings plugin, with additional related plugins. I’m not sure if what we’re looking for is achievable within the basic functionality of the Bookings plugin, or what work is required to make it happen. Grateful for any tips!

    We operate a children’s pram/buggy cleaning service. We collect items from customers homes and workplaces using our own vehicles or a courier, bring them back to our workshop, clean everything and return them around a week later.

    We have set prices for the most common items for cleaning, and prices for additional accessories – all set up as bookable products. We also offer discounted “package deals” as defined products.

    We would like our customers to be able to visit our website and select the product they want cleaned, and then choose a collection day, which would first be determined by their geographical location. The reason for this is that we operate our own vans in certain parts of the UK on certain days, so if the customer is in Liverpool, for example, we are in that area on Tuesdays and Thursday. Birmingham on Wednesdays, Manchester Mondays and Fridays etc.

    Customers who do not live in one of our van collection areas would select “Rest of UK” (for example), and then select a collection day (Monday-Friday) which we will then book as a 3rd party courier collection.

    In the case of 3rd party courier collections, customers’ items need to be packaged in boxes – we ask them if they have their own or if we need to send tme to them. So, on the product page they will need to either confirm that they have their own boxes, or alternatively we can send boxes two days before their selected collection date.

    In either case, the customer should be then able to select a return date for us to send or deliver their items back. This would be no less than 7 days later than the collection date.

    Examples:
    Customer lives in London, and requires us to send packaging in advance. We would deliver their boxes by courier on Monday, arrange for the courier to collect the packed boxes on Tuesday or Wednesday (selectable),and they can select delivery of their items back on the following Thursday or Friday (selectable).
    This is then added to cart and a deposit is paid for the boxes, or the options to pay in full

    Customer lives in Manchester, so selects product (Push chair), and accessory (carrycot) and then selects the collection date (restricted to Monday) and return date (restricted to any of the following Mondays), and has option to pay now or before return.
