    Hello,

Can you enable Catalogue mode with either code or from the setting, without installing another plugin?
I have some errors in Search console and I guess it’s due to not having the website in catalogue mode.

    Missing field “aggregateRating”

    Missing field “priceValidUntil”

    Many thanks.

    Kind regards,
    Iulia

  • Hi @iuliaradu,

Yes, you can enable with codes if you’re familiar with custom coding/customizations.
If you aren’t a plugin would be the best approach. I’d recommend Catalog Visibility Options or the Advanced Catalog Mode for WooCommerce extension.

Typically, Search Console notifies you about structured data that’s missing in the source of your product pages.

    Missing field “aggregateRating”

This notice is shown when there’s no review or ratings on a product. If the product has a rating/review in the future, the notice will go away.

    Missing field “priceValidUntil”

This comes up when there’s no specified sales start/end date in WooCommerce product settings as shown in these screenshots:

    I hope this helps.

    Hi,

Thank you so much for your answer. Is there anywhere I can find the specific code that needs to be inserted to be converted in a catalogue?

    Kind regards,

    Hi @iuliaradu,

I found a code snippet here that could help.

This is a fairly complex development topic. I’m going to leave it open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in to help you out.

I recommend taking a look at the WooCommerce Developer Resources Portal for resources on developing for WooCommerce.

You can also visit the WooCommerce Facebook group or the #developers channel of the WooCommerce Community Slack. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, as well.

Hey there! No one has been able to chime in, so I’m going to close off this topic. If you need further support, I second Sunday’s recommendations above.
