woo-commerce- downloadable product- download does not work for customer

Hello,

We are having an issue with the video links. Many times my customers encounter an error when they are trying to download the videos from the vimeo links sent automatically from my woo commerce.
I have to resend them manually in an email and it works.

one of the complaint, and i did receive many…
“Post downloading the video, if I play with any player, all the three videos get stuck after running for a couple of minutes.”

Could you please help, as we have subscribed and are paying to be able to use this service.
