    Hi,

    i get an error in my backend, and don’t know how to solve it:

    The errors you’re experiencing appear to be related to the registration of Gutenberg blocks. These blocks are part of the WordPress core or themes and should not cause any issues with the functionality of WooCommerce or the setup wizard.

    This is a known issue introduced in WooCommerce 7.6.0.?It’s already fixed in WooCommerce 7.7.0 (you can check the fix?here).

    Hi,

    i’m currently trying to reproduce that error on another page with Twenty-Twenty-Three Theme and just WooCommerce as plugin. The “block/core” errors are gone but when i open WooCommerce Tab in Backend it throws other errors now:

    TypeError: [sprintf] expecting number but found string

    The console refers to:

    /wp-includes/js/dist/i18n.min.js
    /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/client/admin/components/index.js
    /wp-includes/js/dist/vendor/react-dom.min.js

    But i’m not even aware of, that i’ve Jetpack installed or enabled, as only WooCommerce is running, and i’ve never used that plugin.

    Additionally on the shop stagin site when i click the banner with “Rmove old coupon” i get the following error:

    I’m not sure if I fully understand the problem here, can you please attach a screenshot of the mentioned “WooCommerce tab”?

    Additionally on the shop stagin site when i click the banner with “Rmove old coupon” i get the following error:

    If clicking the dismiss button didn’t work, you can navigate to the wp_wc_admin_note_actions table in your database and search for remove-legacy-coupon-menu. Once you find it, change the status to “actioned,” and this should remove the banner. You can use a plugin like WP phpMyAdmin to easily navigate your database tables.

    I just updated another customer shop, wordpress uses DIVI Theme in this case (all plugins and core are up-to-date), same console errors here. When i open “WooCommerce” in the dashboard, console show them.

    I just reproduced that error on my test site with only WooCommerce and TwentyTwentyThree enabled. Also checked functions.php and .htaccess for bugs, found nothing…

    Regarding the coupon notice:

    I’ve navigated to “wp_wc_admin_note_actions” and opened “remove-legacy-coupon-menu” – the status was already set to “actioned” !? So i didn’t change anything here. Coupon Notice is still there.

    Can you try deleting WooCommerce, downloading a fresh copy here, and installing it, and see if that resolves the errors you are seeing?

    Just to add – deleting the WooCommerce plugin will not affect your WooCommerce data in any way, all orders, customer etc will still be there once WooCommerce has been reinstalled.

    We always recommend ensuring that you have a good backup of your full site and database before doing this, so that, should something go wrong, you are able to easily restore your site to a functioning state.

    Can you check what the wc-admin-coupon-page-moved option in the wp_wc_admin_notes table is set to. Is it actioned or unactioned?

    Hi,

    i’ve uninstalled WooCommerce and installed it again from your link. No changes, still the same console errors. (I also deleted Browsercache and Cookies before).

    Regarding the coupon, as i said, database entry “status” is set to actioned

    I really don’t know why, it’s a matter on 3 differents websites with woocommerce now.

    On one website “wp job manager” is installed. It also throws an error now in the console when clicking on “WooCommerce” in the backend, seems probably to be attached to the coupon notice?

    Hi @beatcore

    Regarding the problem you’re facing with the following error:

    Block "core/image" is already registered, and other similar Block “X/X” is already registered.

    We had a similar report before. It should be fixed with WooCommerce version 7.7.0.

    Can you please update WooCommerce to the latest version and see if it’s resolved?

    I am unable to reproduce this on my test site. Does the WooCommerce console error appear on a particular admin page?

    Additionally, since the errors originate from three different plugins, please carry out a conflict test to ensure there are no compatibility issues.
