woo commerce fatal error on activation

i had wp-admin dashboard error due to some plugin so i deactivated all plugins & ever since then woo commerce is not getting activated & returning a fatal error.

i tried to reinstall, nothing happen.
deleted and downloaded again, nothing happen.

here is the error message
