Woo Commerce/LearnDash Redirect Error

    I am working on a LearnDash site and will need to have Woo Commerce activated as I will be selling courses. Currently when Woo Commerce is activated, users created by an import cannot login without getting Too Many Redirects error. If I create a user fromm the admin user menu, they can log in fine. And if I disable Woo Commerce and the LearnDash Woo commerce integration plugin, then imported new users users can also log in without redirect issues. Any ideas?

    @dwoliver,

    It seems you have checked the force password reset in first login.

    This functionality is compatible with WooCommerce but it seems you have problems because you are using a different login (because of you use LearnDash)-

    If you delete the users, un check this option, and then you upload them again it will work.

    Thanks. But does that mean that we cannot use the force password reset option AND Woo Commerce at the same time?

    force password reset option AND Woo Commerce and Learndash at the same time => seems to create the problem

    Have you seen this before? LearnDash and Woo Commerce msut be a pretty popular combo.

    Any ideas about how to go about resolving this?

    No, I am not a Learndash user.

    How could I reproduce it?

    I really appreciate your taking the time to think about this.

    I could give you a login to our site which is in development and running on a protected URL. I could point you to the user accounts that are having the problem. That might be faster than trying to reproduce it. But if that’s too involved, I would understand.

    My setup includes LearnDash with the Edumodo theme and Woo Commerce. LearnDash has a Woo Commerce integration plugin that is also active. As I wrote earlier. Then the Woo Commerce and LearnDash integration plugins are active the problem occurs, when they are inactive it does not. LearnDash is active in both cases along with the theme.
    I am loading users via csv with minimum fields (user_login user_email display_name role first_name last_name). I am checkng both the send and email to new and updated users and the require password reset. This problem happens for both new and updated user actions.
