Woo Commerce new Client/email/bank details to add to add

Hi set up Woo Commerce in 2018 for a client, not much traffic. Client has been replaced by a new owner, with new bank details and email. Have updated stock (in a hurry…(looks ugly but will do for now), did a test run and all fine, but debit didn’t appear in bank account from paypal. Client then tried to update existing paypal with new details, because of dispute doesn’t have the passwords or security details and can’t update primary email. Would it be best to remove all data for the original Woo Commerce (how do I do that) and start again with new client details, new email, new Pay Pal, new bank accounts etc. considering there is a dispute between old and new owners. I would prefer to not lose all the product I have already loaded and would probably like to use the Woo Wizard to reinstall or is there some way of adapting the original Woo Commerce and Pay Pal connection. Sorry don’t know all the ramifications of making these changes.
