• Hi, I have Woocommerce installed on a site (bbinabb.com) where people can order lunch. They have the option to pay by Paypal or cash/check on delivery. The admin receives an email when the customer has paid by PayPal but not the COD option. I have tested and set things in many different ways per other posts here but to no avail. I have the New Order email enabled and it is defaulted to the admin email address. It is set to HTML although I have tried others. I have also checked to make sure that the order arrives ok and it does and has a status of Processing. Any help would be appreciated.

    processing is a valid status for the new order email. I’d suggest using Mandrill and WP Mail SMTP plugins so you get a log of emails sent, and more reliable sending.

    I am having an issue where my client is getting a “new order” email although the Paypal Payment never went through.

    Has anyone ever encountered this issue?

    Sounds like you’re using sandbox..

    No, we confirmed Sandbox was disabled once we went live, thanks for the response.

    If the order is pending, its considered unpaid. Maybe someone changed its status manually.
