Woo commerce order missing!

    Order #6721 is missing from the WooCommerce order page, we checked Moneris and the payment went through it. I saw it yesterday and now its gone. I received email also regarding this.
    I have changed my hosting from prev server to AWS. Could that be the issue?
    Also, the orders that we change to refunded are showing up as processing again.

    Please help what is the issue?

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status?

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?
