• I am having issues with woo commerce and this forums seems to be my last resort. The orders I receive on my website show up as cancelled and prompt that “unpaid order cancelled -time limit reached:order status changed from pending payment to cancelled”

    I then receive a notification saying that the order was canceled. However on some occasions the payment will clear even when it says that it is cancelled. On other occasions the payment will not clear even if it says cancelled.

    I’m stuck at this point. I am not sure whether this is a problem on my part of if my clients page is timing out because they are on the site too long.

    Please help!

    In order to resolve the issue go to Woocommerce “Inventory” options listed under Woocommerce>>Products>>Inventory.

    Then either uncheck “Enable Stock Management” option or increase “Hold Stock” value. You can left the value blank if you want to disable “Hold Stock” option.
