    Hello,

Since the Woo Commerce version of my website has been updated I noticed that the orders get automatically cancelled even though the payment with Pay Pal went through.

When I open the order there is a message on the right hand side that says time limit reached….is there a setting somewhere that I can change??

Also, how can I set up for the Woo commerce to email me when an order comes in? I only know because pay pal emails me with the payment.

    Help Please!

Same issue here since update to WooCommerce 2.3.11 – all our PayPal orders are in pending status with no order comments, yet money is in PayPal. Our Hold Stock time limit is set to nothing/unlimited under Products>Inventory otherwise I’m sure they would cancel as per Paul’s issue.

Is this something to do with this change: Fix – Switch to JSON to avoid unserializing untrusted data when handling responses from PayPal.

Hi There, Not finding what you are telling me in products inventory section.

I am a beginner in Woo commerce. What is the JSON thing?

    Thanks,
    Paul

Paul – under Woocommerce>Settings>Products tab>Inventory link is a setting called “Hold Stock”. We removed the default time limit so that orders stay pending longer and don’t get cancelled as we had several customers paying by Paypal echeck which takes longer to clear. Yours will have a time limit there so the orders will get cancelled if WooCommerce hasn’t received the payment notification back from PayPal in that time.

The problem for both of us is that we are not receiving the response from PayPal so your orders are getting cancelled and mine stay pending.

The JSON thing was from the changelog for WooCommerce version 2.3.11 and my commments were directed to WooCommerce support not you.
