Woo Commerce payments set up but still getting getting error

Woo Commerce payments is showing that its entirely set up, but I’m still getting this error on checkout “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.” I don’t see anything or any settings that I can fix to clear this error.
I am in US, Woo Commerce is set up through Stripe, and everything in the system says “enable” and shows checkmarks.
