Woo-commerce plugin is causing issue

  • i used Astra Theme for my website but i have issue with some plugin and i get mail from bluwhost support:

I have temporarily disabled the plugin Woocommerce to resolve the website critical error issue.  It is best recommended to contact Woocommcerce support and update the plugin with a compatible version. ???????https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/

    Since the problem is mainly due to the WooCommerce plugin, I recommend getting in touch with the WooCommerce team.

    i active woocommerce plugin and i got this msg:
    There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

    so i cant open my website again…
